Moray Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP OUT AN ORDER?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1–5 business days.
Please note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays.

Once your order is placed, check your email for the Order Confirmation Email and verify that the shipping address is correct with no missing information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee of €24,00 EUR will be charged to resend the parcel, or it will be deducted from the refund if you choose not to reship.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

While we aim to have your parcel reach you as quickly as possible, please understand that we have no control over the package once it leaves our warehouse.

As a general timeframe, delivery estimates are 7–14 days after shipping.

Shipping times may be impacted by customs clearance processes, local postal delays, or high-volume periods.

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days (up to 30 business days during peak times).

  • EU Region (Germany, France, Italy, etc.): 7–15 business days (up to 30 business days during peak times).

  • Asia: 7–14 business days (up to 30 business days during peak times).

During busy seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, or noted holiday periods, delivery times may increase due to high parcel volume.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

No, customers will not be charged any customs fees.
Moray covers all import duties, taxes, and customs-related costs in advance, ensuring that your order is delivered without any additional charges upon arrival.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us at Info@moraystore.com with your Order Number, and we will assist you promptly.
