Moray Return Policy
At Moray, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you can request an exchange as outlined in our policy below:
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To start an exchange, please email us at Info@moraystore.com.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions within 1–3 business days.
⚠️ Please do not send your return to the address on the parcel, as this is the postal company’s address and not our return center.
After receiving your return instructions, you must ship your return package within 5 business days. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.
TIMEFRAME
You have 15 days after receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
For an exchange to be accepted, please ensure that:

The merchandise is unworn and unused.

All original tags are attached to the item.

The item is in its original packaging (if applicable).
IMPORTANT NOTES

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are only allowed for another item of equal value.

Moray reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above requirements.
EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the exchange to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been completed.
